Grameenphone Islamic Services - Iftar and Sehri SMS Alert

During Ramadan a number of religious queries arise, but there aren't many easily available sources that provide answers. Which is why, for all devoted Muslims, on this Ramadan Grameenphone is presenting an Islamic Call Center, an Islamic Radio along with a host of other Islamic services. The Islamic Call Center will provide callers answers to their religious queries.

The following products/services are offered to customers -

IVR Service:

To activate, dial 2200 and press 1. The IVR browsing charge for the first 20 minutes at BDT 2 applies for registered customers and BDT 0.25 for subsequent minute for unregistered customers. To deactivate the service dial 2200 and press 9.

• IVR subscription daily charge is BDT 2 for the first 20 minutes and BDT 0.25 for every additional minute onwards
• Without a subscription the charge is BDT 0.25 from the first minute to every minute onwards.
• To unsubscribe from this service dial 2200 and press 9

Call Center:

Call Center calls charge BDT5/min (10 sec pulse applicable). Call Centers will be available from 9 am to 6 pm.

• The call charge for talking to an Islamic Specialist directly is BDT 5/minute ( 10 seconds pulse applicable)
• The Call Center Service is available from 9 AM to 6 PM

Iftar and Sehri SMS Alert:

To receive the Iftar and Sehri alerts Type STARTIS and send to 321. Subscription charge is BDT 1 daily.

• The subscription charge for the SMS service is BDT 1
• To unsubscribe type STOP IS and SMS to the number 321

Islamic Radio Service:

Islamic radio subscription charge is BDT 2 for the first 20 minutes, BDT 0.25 for subsequent minutes and for unregistered customers. To deactivate the service dial 2200 and press 9.

• The subscription charge for the Islamic Radio Service is BDT 2 every day for the first 20 minutes and BDT 0.25 for every additional minute onwards
• Without subscription the charge is BDT 0.25 from the first minute to every minute onwards
• To unsubscribe dial 2200 and press 9

Welcome Tune:

• For existing Welcome Tune/Ichchhe Tune customers, a regular download fee of BDT 15 will be applicable. For new users, a regular subscription fee (Monthly BDT 30/Weekly BDT 7.5/Daily BDT 1) will be applicable.

* 5% Supplementary duty and 15% VAT applicable on all charges.
